How do you opt-in?*
Simply give us the ‘paws-up’ if you wish to opt-in to this offer. We will
then submit your details to dotsure.co.za to reach out to you and finalise your fur baby’s Pet Starter Cover policy. Note that the complimentary cover is only available to one registered pet per household.
How do you claim?
Get treatment
Take your pet to any registered vet for treatment and pay the bill before leaving.

Submit your paid vet invoice via email to petclaims@dotsure.co.za or call 0861 368 7873 for assistance.

Once approved, most claims are reimbursed within 24 hours.*
What happens after the 30-day Pet Starter Cover ends?*
Your Pet Starter Cover will cancel at the end of the 30-day period, unless you have opted in for dotsure.co.za Pet Insurance. If you have opted in for dotsure.co.za Pet Insurance, your Pet Starter Cover will automatically convert to the dotsure.co.za Accidental plan and the premium reflected in your schedule will be debited on your chosen debit day. You may also upgrade your cover to any of the other plans dotsure.co.za offers to suit your needs and budget. Boost your cover with value-added products such as Sub-limit Buster, Excess Buster and Funeral Support. Add one or more pets to your policy and enjoy a 15% Multiple-pet discount on your plan premium!
